is an all-encompassing lifestyle system that will enable you to take ownership of your health and regain your inner strength and confidence.

How it works
The Evolution Journey is a 3-stage cyclical process:
STAGE 1:
ENLIGHTEN
This is the assessment process and the beginning of our journey together. We’ll have an initial discussion, complete a lifestyle questionnaire, set goals, assess posture and movement and start to design the training plan.
STAGE 2:
ENGAGE
In this phase we really start to engage with the training. You’ll start your training plan through one of the 3 pathways (or a combination of):
1. One-to-one coaching
(times are flexible)
2. Small group training
(max 6 people)
3. Large group training
(max 12 people)
5 sessions a week: Mon, Weds, Fri 9.45 - 10.45am, Tues & Thurs 6.30 - 7.30pm
STAGE 3:
EVOLVE
Empowerment!
As the Evolution Journey progresses, you’ll be more educated about what works for you. You’ll have a solid understanding of your programme through the support that you receive both in and out of the gym. You’ll evolve into a more confident, empowered person as you see improvements in your health and lifestyle.
Ultimately you are becoming a better version of yourself!

STRONG
The Evolution Journey will empower you both physically and mentally. To achieve physical strength through your training programme, it’s important to gain competence in each area of training before moving on to the next. We work together every step of the way, always measuring progress and giving open and honest feedback.
The three phases of strength are:
BASE > LOAD > EXPRESS
HEALTHY
What is ‘healthy’ and how do we know if we are being ‘healthy’? The training programme, in reality, is only a small part of creating a healthy lifestyle. It could be argued that it’s the easy part! It’s what we do when we’re not in the gym that presents the biggest challenge. We have three different components of being ‘healthy’:
NUTRITION > LIFESTYLE > HABITS
In each of these areas you’ll be given strategies that suit your own lifestyle with regular emails, tools, planners and guides to track nutrition and activity. This helps you stay accountable. We’ll stay in touch through email, FaceBook and Whatsapp to help keep you on track.
EMPOWERED
Having the confidence to take control of your life and feel empowered is the intangible but equally important third pillar of success that underpins the Evolution Journey.
How we ‘feel’ affects everything we do. How do we measure how we feel? This links back to our core values of ‘togetherness’, ‘honesty and integrity’ and ‘empowerment’. Keeping the lines of communication open, giving honest feedback (by both parties) and working as a team to get results.

If you aren’t prepared to put in the time and effort to get long-term results, then this is not the programme for you. Likewise, this programme isn’t for women who are looking for a quick fix, or for those looking for a beach body in 28 days. I’m not saying that isn’t achievable, just that this is a longer-term lifestyle change that will reap long-term benefits and results.
