I’m a strength and conditioning coach specialising in menopause and midlife fitness. I work with women who want to train with purpose - not punish themselves into smaller bodies.

The Menopause Strength Collective was built on one belief: that the most powerful thing a woman in midlife can do for her long-term health is to get strong.

Everything I do is evidence-led, practical and designed for real women with real lives. No overwhelm. No jargon. No before-and-after culture.
